I’m Polish, based in Mainz, Germany, married to a Spaniard. I’ve lived in five countries and feel at home in the space between cultures. I’m endlessly curious about human behaviour, neuroscience, and the systemic dynamics that shape how we lead and live. Movement – dance, yoga, any form that connects body and mind – keeps me grounded.

For 15 years in global pharma corporate, I led international and cross-functional projects, coached leaders, and navigated constant change across functions and countries. I know corporate complexity, pressure and politics from the inside. I also know what it takes to leave it behind and start over.

In 2024, I left a successful corporate career to build my solo-entrepreneur practice on my own terms.

It wasn’t a smooth transition. I had to shed an old identity, sit with uncertainty, and do the inner work I now guide my clients through.

That experience taught me what no corporate role ever could: real change doesn’t come from another framework – it comes from accepting the messy in between and the courage to grow into who you’re becoming.

Now I support senior professionals in transitions that demand more than strategy.
