To support you, I will use the Co-Active Coaching method, as well as various coaching and mentoring tools from my professional and personal self-exploration experience.

When you choose to continue
You will receive your coaching agreement and a short questionnaire to complete.
Next step
You book a 60 minutes discovery session as part of your agreed paid package to design our coaching alliance in more detail and start your journey to your inner harmony.
Flexible packages
The standard session is of 45 minutes duration, every second week. I am eager to tailor the package to your needs.
On-line and face-to-face
The sessions are held via on-line tools. Face to face sessions are possible in Germany, Mainz, Frankfurt (or closeby) and in various locations in case of special packages that I can design for you.
